Different region, different skin.

Yes, before you are (the devs) going too far, I got an idea. It simple, please make different skin for different region, in vanilla version maybe it is just copy from skin file (e.g. in vanilla version building skin for hoenn actually the same as kanto building skin but with different file name), but by that way, we can apply more texture mode specific to one region. It will be more colorful!

AFAIK this is how it is going to happen anyways, hoenn region will have its own textures.
