Implemented Sunny Day And Rainy Day

i was thinking about sunny day and rainy day yesterday, and wouldn't it make sense if some attacks were also weakened by the two moves?
Sunny Day - would weaken water type moves. as you can see, when you use sunny day, it becomes really sunny, as if you were in a desert which would make you think water would evaporate. so wouldn't Sunny day weaken water types moves as well as make fire moves stronger?
Rain Dance- im sure we've all seen what rain does to a small fire, it'll put it out. so Rain Dance would weaken fire type moves as it makes water type moves stronger.
it seems like all of this would be logical. that's my suggestion, sunny day also weakens water, and rain dance also weakens fire.

i don't think the moves do weaken the other type, and i had meant Rain Dance, i edited the post for that.

yeah, sorry i got confused as i thought today (in IRL was gonna be a rainy day) so I accidently put rainy day instead of Raindance
