Can somebody make a Gamemode where the starters are different? +default texture pack?

I'm thinking the starters would be the Fighting, Psychic, and Dark type wheel. Maybe Riolu, Zorua(If it's even in Pokemon3D's code, along with Zoroark), and some Psychic type that has 1 evolution and does not evolve via stone. Maybe Spoink?

Can somebody make that?
I would also appreciate someone uploading a Default Textures Pack. I want to make one from scratch.
Also, rare new Pokemon in the Routes(For example, ACTUAL starters, Eevee, etc.

Also, do you like my new shiny Lucario?
(For APPROVAL of sprite) (For DISAPPROVAL of sprite)

Out of 13 gamemodes, only about 5 are playable.

You know why? Because no one knows how to make a gamemode or even just a simple script or a map.

Well, I made an Intro script for a gamemode where you're supposed to be able to catch Bulbasaur, Mudkip, and Tepig on Routes 30, 31, and 32 respectively.
The only problem is I can't make the wild encounters work for some reason(Or make a map, like you said).
