whenever I sign in and try to play it says i have to download a avatar which I already did...Advice?

Sign in where? U don't have to sign into anything to play? U just download the game start it up download the data hit start game and that is it.

Highly doubt that the game itself does not require any registration to download or to play.
And the forum does not force u to download a avatar either
