I know that you can get Noibat, Skrelp and Honedge. Not sure about Goomy, but I think so.

If it is not at there, probably not in hidden grotto but in safari zone probably.

After going through some game data, Ancient Ruins have Doublade, the evolution of Honedge, which is where I probably got one.
