For an offline save, there is a faster way to do it without changing any script.
( Sandbox mode might be needed )
You can get a 100% sure BSOD porygon by introducing a little glitch using
@Register.register(BlueScreenedinHQ,str,nothing)
Then reload the map using R button or simply @Level.reload
Now you will not see any changes in the screen but visit the nilllzz computer with kolben logo and click on it.
A shiny porygon appear! and the benefit of doing this trick is... you get the bsod porygon everytime you click on the same PC. No need to restart from step 1.
That is a nice way to cheat in offline save

Over hour maybe 2 hours max, but while I was hunting a lot times I minimized my game to check forums or surf in net.
