(Probably not the most important bug in the game, but I figured I would report it anyways)
I encountered a male Vullaby and several Male Chansey, which are suppose to spawn specifically as females, in the Hidden Grottos on Route 48 & in Violet City.
I only saw one Vullaby, which was male, and several Chansey while trying for a Bagon, males and females.
I don't have any screenshots of the Chansey but here's the Vullaby;

What I expected to happen:
I expected Vullaby and Chansey to spawn as females.
What actually happened:
Vullably spawned as male and some Chansey spawned as male.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Save before entering the grotto.
2. Enter the grotto.
3. If Chansey/Vullaby don't spawn, exit and try again.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until they do.
5. Once they spawn, save BEFORE interacting with them.
6. Interact with them, if they aren't male, exit and try again.
7. Repeat step 6 until they spawn as male.
8. There you go, female pokemon spawns as male.
