I can't download Pokemon3D.

How many times have you tried? The downloader may occasionally get stuck, but it typically fixes itself upon later attempts.

Eeeer I think this is the 2nd day, when stuck at 99%, it's crashed. I think that it's my computer or something, or my internet because I tried downloading the Game Files but stuck at 99% too... and It's get stuck at 76.54 mb/76.94 mb every single time.

Just try redownload it after some time. It could be your internet.

P3D launcher update is slow and sometimes unexpected stuck could happen. While the website download could be faster if you have faster internet speed.

Try running it in Admin mode, after downloading it, it attempts to unzip the downloaded file. It might not have the rights to do so in non-Admin mode.

It's doesn't let me download it form the page or from the Launcher, it's doesn't matter if it's running on Admin mode. It's downloaded fine on another computer. I think that I will pass it via USB.
