Ev System not working

This is a really thing annoying thats are happen to me,fisrt i give to him 10 Hp up and iron this is equal a 200 Ev,ok i defeat some slowpokes and geodude to take more Ev,and i decided to envolve them,now i take my bronzong and defeat more slowpokes but othing happens,i repeat this 2 more times but the HP dosent Up.
I Have all sure that i dont have defeat 152 slowpokes and 152 geodudes,soo what i do now????
I also try to Ev train a Talonflame and nothing.

See this Rainbow like bar, that is your EV basically. Certain colors fill up from certain pokemon you defeat. and even if it seems like nothing is happeneing, those colors are actually changing your stats.
BUT if your line is full, then you can no longer EV train because it's EV training room is Maxed out.

Yeah i know guy but,i the stats are not change (and the bars too)
my bar is not full,the only ev that have is in HP And Def,so any ideia what are happen??

well if it's only in HP and defense that leads me to believe that you are only fighting pokemon that exel in DEF. and HP. try fighting different pokemon. like a psyduck, he exels in SPA. everything depends on what pokemon you defeat.

But i only want these two stats '-',ok soo i cant win more Ev in HP and Def,but the others is avaible?

im not to sure what you are trying to say but i think i understand. yes, all other EV's are availible. if your still worried, the update should be out soon, so im sure if there is some problem (which im sure there isnt) it should be fixed soon.

for exmple i want 252 Ev points in HP and 252 Ev in Def,but i cannot raise it anymore,that means i reach the 252 EV of both,but i dont reach '-' this is my problem

from my own expeirience each pokemon has a limit in what certain thing they can learn. you'll have to just fill the rest of your EV points with other EV's that you would like to have on your pokemon.
