Duplicate [Indev 0.52.1] Evolution Bug

There are some Pokemon in the game that wont evolve at all. I have not tried evolving the Pokemon i am talking about in single-player, but I don't think it would evolve since it doesn't in multi-player also. The Pokemon I am talking about is Poliwag. its supposed to evolve at level 25, but right now its at level 28. I thought I pressed B button too quickly, but that's not the case. This also involves Togepi, how it wont evolve even though its at max happiness.

What I expected to happen:
My Pokemon would evolve at their specific level/stage of happiness (Poliwag & Togepi).

What actually happened:
It stayed at its basic evolutionary form.

Please look into this. Im sure that I, along with other players, want to evolve their Pokemon. Thanks.

Poliwag is known and fixed in next version, as for togepi, how did you know that it has max happiness?
