Not a bug Wrong Move Type

Dizzy Punch as well as some other moves are classed as normal, is this a bug or havent you added it?

Yes, but nilllzz has said he wants to keep it as close to the original as possible.
So I can't see him changing any move types around on purpose.

Also until gen 3 I though Cut was a grass move I was young at the time!

I just thought that was a fighting move, I add more than 170 moves in the wiki, I need to do it fast.
