Well upon investigating, I have found out the zoom lense doesn't effect my guillotine's accuracy at all, and I was thinking that was the reason for guillotine to hit every time in pvp and with lower level pokemon. Fanta pointed out to me that the items zoom lense and wide lense make no difference, so it's definitely bugged. The formula should be
(player level - opponent level) + 30%, in pvp (50 - 50) + 30 = 30%
How it is now:
(50 - 50) + 30 = 100% lol
It works 100% on lower/same level pokemon;
0% on higher level pokemon.
