Fixed [Indev 0.53] Wrong Damage Text for Whirlpool

Describe the bug you experienced here.
The routine damage text says: (Pokemon) is hurt by Bind.
What I expected to happen:
Text to say something about damage from the vortex.

What actually happened:
Bind damage.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use whirlpool in battle on poke that will survive.
2. Read text.
