Solved Didn't receive crystal wing

Hi all, I really hope I'm not being real stupid, and that I've not posted this in the wrong thread, but I'm a bit confused as I've gone through all of jhoto and beaten the champion, I still haven't received the crystal wing, if there's something I've done wrong in the game, I'm sorry I've wasted your time, but I can't work out this problem.

The Crystal Wing was only implemented as a hotfix when the Wings were first implemented; they were not given to the player properly, so the Crystal Wing was given to them later to make up for missing out on the Rainbow Wing or Silver Wing.

Basically, pretty much impossible to get the Crystal Wing now.

You should have either the Rainbow Wing or the Silver Wing in your position in the story.

Did you speak with the real director at the top of the right side of Goldenrod City's Radio Tower?
If for some reason you still cannot get either the Rainbow Wing or the Silver Wing from him, then try walking through the front entrance of Ice Path. That is where you would get the Crystal Wing if for some reason you couldn't get the others (as was the case of the hotfix).

If you have access to Pewter City, try speaking with the man near the Pokémon Market, he normally gives you the other Wing.

Go to Ecruteak and talk to the kimono girls, and you will receive the Rainbow Wing.
You get the Silver Wing by talking to an old man at Pewter.

That is from Pokémon: HeartGold Version and Pokémon: SoulSilver Version. That is not how you get the Wing in Pokémon 3D.
