I cant go back to Kanto

I finally won Pokemon League and went to Kanto with S.S aqua then inmediatly go back to Johto.... and now i cant goback again...

When i try to enter in S.S aqua. the porterman tell me "im sorry the s.s aqua is not boarding passanger, Please come back later"..

please i need help.. and thanks you!

Go to the Indigo Plateau, then use fly and press shift.
