How to solve Team rocket's warehouse's puzzle on Five Island.

I've helped Lorelei beat the team rocket in Ice Cave, got the two passwords to open the TR HQ in Five Island, but when I got there.. I'm stuck!!

No matter how hard I tried to get past all the TR members, those freakin' arrow panels (sorry if the term I used was wrong, I was referring to those arrows in the floor that made me stuck in their HQ) won't give me an opening to get to the other team rocket members, TM, and items on the floor.

I even backtracked my character's beginnings in the Kanto region just to make sure that I didn't miss anything before going to the Sevii islands. When I did, it didn't seem that I miss something. When I returned to the HQ in Five Island, I checked the minimap a few times to hopefully figure things out. In the end, I still can't get through and finish my mission there.

Please help me, anybody!

Would that help you out?, you need to beat all of team rocket inside that warehouse so you can advance to the next part of the story, also, pay attention to what their boss say.

Don't worry, that makes you a normal person, most of us struggled there too.

Now...you see....I tried to make it as simple as possible, but I have probably made it even more complicated in the process, so...

Start sliding at the Red spots and you'll end at the Orange spots then move to the next Red spot, when you reach the green path, walk on it normally, no sliding.
