Fixed (0.22) Snow/Rain [bug??]

Sorry if it is not a bug.
If it is not a bug, you can take that as a suggestion.
Everytime you start a chat, like the Headbutt chat, the snow stops. After the battle, all the snow that should be falling during the conversation falls with the snow that are supposed to fall in the moment after the battle. It makes a lot of snow appear and it cause lag. It takes like 3 seconds to return to normal and the same happens with rain.
If it is possible to change, i think it would be good.

I have seen this bug before but thought it was just a glitch or I was mistaken. The weather could be changed to that of other Pokemon games. This can be done by allowing snow/rain to fall during conversations while still stopping other NPCs from moving around and possibly interfering which is probably a lot easier said than done.

What happens here is that everytime you fall into a battle the snow expands as the battle intro is working, and after battle you can see the snow for one second until it returns to normal.

Yep... But it would be good if we don`t see the "old snow". It is not supposed to be there at all. And this change would not bring a big difference in game about scenario, but would bring a big change about game play.
