Question about IV & EV's.

So hellow all, I only recently(4hours ago ) found out about this game and I'm pretty hyped.

Everything is clear except one thing and that is IVs & EVs.
Are they implemented in this game & are they working correctly?

I'm asking here since the search option doesn't work since IV is too short I guess.
Also if they work, wouldn't it be nice to show pokemon's IV & maybe EV's in their summary since its pretty time consuming to discover a pokemon's IVs.

Yes and yes, you can see the EVs in the summary page of a pokemon resembled with the colored bar, and as for IVs, you have to use a calculator.

Seeing EV's don't really except when trading, but I'm missing them I believe. On the summary page I see the stats & their values, but I'm not seeing the EV's they already gathered?

no actual values can be seen.
