S.S Aqua Departure to Vermillion

So I recently boarded on the SS Aqua to Vermillion after beating the Elite 4. But as soon as I landed on Vermillion, I tried to go back into the fast ship again and then a few battles later in the ship, I got back on the Johto region. Welp, I forgot that I can't immediately board the ship to Vermillion for a second consecutive time and so I'm stuck in the Johto region again.

How long does it take for me to be able to enter the SS Aqua again? Please help me, anyone~ (I'm begging you... ughh I feel so dumb doing such a mistake *sob sob*)

You can fly back to johto, when you are at the world map, press shift to change region.
same thing to go back to kanto

You forgot to say that it only works if you are at the indigo plateau.

I tried to do that, but since I didn't go to the Pokemon Center in Vermillion, I can't fly there from the Indigo Plateau.. 'kay I guess I'll just sit in the corner and sob quietly as I wait for the next departure of the SS Aqua.. (lol)

Or not, we can still do something about that, go to your pokemon folder, inside it you'll find the save folder, search in your save profile for a file called (Player.dat)
now open that in "notepad" and edit the second and third lines to match the following :

Position|9,0.1,6
MapFile|vermilion\main.dat
