What I expected to happen:
Affect everywhere
What actually happened:
The weather effect is not functioning at the backdrops ... so the fog weather makes it able to see through.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Certain weather... try them all.
Hmm... I remembered it is a known bug too but it is still a good start to just report it anyway.
