[Indev 0.52.1] Losing Data

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
... i expected that my save would still be there to record

What actually happened:
... I had no save files

Steps to reproduce:
1. ... Load the game
2. ... Press Load Game.
... You can't press it as you have no saves.


~~ This would only work if you are continuing from a 0.51 save

Can you show me your Saves folder?

In your Pokemon folder there should be a Save folder, can you show me the contents of that folder?

This is an Offline save we are talking about correct?

Can you open one of the save folders?

i think I know what happened, the saves don't transfer between launchers. I now have 2 Pokemon folders with a Saves folder in each. I just think I'll transfer the pre 0.51 save to the 0.52.1, This could be annoying to some less advanced people as they may not know to do this

I've never had to do that. I simply replaced my old launcher with the new one, my saves showed up fine.

It could have been that I placed it onto the desktop and not downloads. I'm still surprised that all the saves don't go into the one in the downloads
