Duplicate [Indev 0.46] 2nd Encounter Silver Crash?

So I started a new game and it was working like a charm, until I got to the 2nd rival fight with Silver in Azalea town. He does the whole walking toward me animation and does his dialogue. However right before the fight starts, the game crashes and gives me a doc with the error. I can go around fighting any other trainers and wild battles, why is it only him?? Just updated to .46? Thanks for the support !

Duplicate bug report. This will be fixed in the next version. Just catch and/or train your Pokémon while awaiting the next update.
