Also, there are two game modes that it operates under, depending on how many votes the game mode gets.
Anarchy is the "traditional" game mode, where each and every command counts. This is the more interesting game mode overall, and during "intermission games" between each Pokemon version, this is the only game mode used.
Democracy is where commands are added together as "votes", with the most voted command being registered. This is the "progress" mode that was used to combat the most frustrating areas of Pokemon. What may normally be a simple task, like picking up an item, could take around ten minutes. There was one route, the one originally famous for "I like shorts", that is now known as TPP. with all the ledges, it was easy to make the character go over the edge, forcing everyone to start the route over. It took over 8 hours, and was part of the decision to make "Democracy" mode. If enough players were frustrated, the "Democracy" votes would likely increase, activating "Democracy" until players wanted to make things more interesting.

Too many words, Pika is too flustered, you need to speak sloooooooooooooower and less fast. The only thing that should be fast is when you are running from hippo after tickling him with the feather. Ahh it was fun... speaking of which... *grabs feather*

Well, not counting the ones from Timelines 3, 6, 7, 12, 13, 16, 16.5, 23, 26, 29, 34, 42, 69, 88, and the hundreds from Timeline 113... By the way, I originate from a Timeline where there is only one Dialga, not two separate ones for both Mt. Coronet and Temporal Tower.

umm...but there should be a third one which aceus made and another one which the secend aceus made(from the 22nd movie) and a few more dialgas from events sooo we understand there should be a 10th dialga soon and nintendo is making a secret dialga army to destroy microsoft

Actually there is an Arceus for each timeline. Arceus only created Sinnoh, as he was entrusted with controlling the stability of the universe and people. His false front as the ultimate god is a cover-up for the REAL Pokemon God, who wishes to remain anonymous... for now. Since this isn't the Pokemon universe, I can reveal this much.
And Nintendo already tried to make an army of fake Dialga that mutated into some ugly teal color instead of sexy blue like me.
