Duplicate stuck in e4

hey so i updated the game and i went into the game on local and i was at the e4. No big deal i will finish the e4 and be on my way.... nope. first off in the top left corner it will say Places_ and when i try to talk to either karen or bruno my game will crash. I have the error log but idk how to attach it :/ if anyone could help me that would be awesome...

A crash log is likely not needed; this is probably the same crash reported on the Champion and the Rival.

Also why did you post this in Community Support? This type of thing belongs in the Bugs forum. Don't make a new thread, just wait for the relocation.
