Not a bug [0.45.1]missing pokemons from pokedex

i captured a phantump from a hidden grotto and i noticed that it is missing from the pokedex.
i'm not entirely sure...but i think it was in the pokedex when i captured it and just vanished after awhile

on another unrelated note.....is happeness evolution implemented in this game?
cause i've been tryin to evolve a pichu for about a week now and it's lvl 35 atm

Phantump is in the Pokédex, it is just only in the National Pokédex (which is not obtainable yet), and not the Johto Pokédex. The Johto Pokédex actually leaves out quite a few Pokémon; it only displays around half of all the Pokémon I have captured.

there's supposed to be a woman in goldenrod city who can tell me, but i can't find her.

Place the particular Pokémon in your first party slot so that it follows you around, then speak to it. The reply you get is a rough estimate as to how much it likes you.
