Not a bug [0.45.1] Can see an NPC underground on Route 41

If you're surfing back to Olivine City from Cianwood, you can see a Lass/NPC/Girl/Someone under the building that I believe leads to the Battle Frontier. You can see it from around the bend that occurs in Route 41, kinda just above the Whirl Islands and to the left. Screenshot below shows her, though its a little difficult to see... Shes the smudge just below the coastline to the slight upper left of the cursor.

It is the Helix Fossil in its purest form, before it was unearthed.

Yeah I assumed it was an asset you moved out of the way. . . But I also assumed you meant for it to be hidden. Thought I should let ya guys know.
