Duplicate Lost pokemon

I put my Tyranitar in the PC yesterday and when I went back and looked today it was gone.

this bug has been reported in another thread. The only thing you could really do is hope a dev will replace it for you

Which box did you put it in (and where in the PC is your battle box)?
What did you do in between putting it in and noticing that is was removed?
Did you close the game in between?
Did you load up another save in between?

it was placed in box 13, box 15 is the battle box
I did save and close the game in between
this happened in my online save, i only have one account
