Well, Pika's electric team is coming together veeeeeeeeeeery nicely, all pokes on this team have been EV trained, and hold above average IVs for their best stat. All Pika has to do now is finish leveling them up and then Pika is done. A LOT of breeding was done to do this...
Pika: Timid
Electivire: Brave
Magnezone: Quiet
Lanturn: Adamant
Eelektross: Brave
Ampharos (Mega): Quiet

You have the terms 'EVs' and 'IVs' mixed up :p

Yeah, Pika is still a bit tired, but yes, that is what Pika meant. EVs are distrubuted after battle, IVs are unchangeable stats given to a Pokemon when it is either caught or hatched.

*High fives Vaporeon* With heaps of HP, Lanturn will be hard to defeat. If Pika were doing Normal, the sub theme would be health and recovery. There are a lot of Normal types with good HP stats. (Snorlax, Miltank, Kangaskhan, Chansey, Blissey) But the theme for Pika's gym... PARALYSIS + CONFUSION = Ultimate troll combo

And let's not forget the available abilities in water and volt absorb make him a great versatile switch-in, and while you can't take proper advantage of scald his heal bell makes for a great tool in a stall-esque team like yours!

Quite accurate sir, plus, Pika can learn Grass Knot to counter all those pesky Ground Types, and Lanturn can learn a whole wide range of speshul water moves, like water pulse to confuse enemies, and other awesome moves.

Pika and Eelektross can learn Grass Knot, which to a 81.9kg (180.6lbs) water/ground will do a lot of damage. Plus, confusion is a biatch to get through unless your luck is super good. Also, all of Pikas friends can learn Toxic, and Ampharos can learn sleep moves, so watch out.

Ok I going to need A luck and B a crazy good plan
Heh, Pika has it aaaaaaaaaaall worked out. Just you wait, Electric types are very speedy and powerful. Pika's fabu-phros will be a powerhouse with it's base spa stat being 165.
