Rewards: Frillish, both a male and a female - male called: King and a female called: Queen.
The male has a Modest nature whilst the female has a bold nature and both have a Water Absorb ability.
Requirement for the female: A FRESHLY CAUGHT Weezing from the Burned tower, any gender will do. (lvl 10-19)
Requirement for the male: A Freshly bred female Hoppip. (lvl 10-19)

I tried for several days to find a good use for a shiny Haxorus I got in a trade, but it seems as useless as a Rattata and since we have the...you know what, it doesn't matter.
A lvl 49 Haxorus, shiny, Rivalry ability and Docile(lol) nature holding something cool. Caught at the Safari Zone.
You can get it fooooooooooooooooooooooooooor:
A level 90-100 FEMALE Eevee, mwahahaha. Not that you need to try for it, but...you know, it's cool.
So...here goes nothing:

Unpossible I fixed it.
To those who were wondering what it was, I was about to rage in Japanese.
No one claimed it, haha. You still have a chance, but someone probably got the Eevee at high-levels already. This compo can take several days, it's just worth it because it's a double shiny, if you know what I mean.
