Here is a guide to what pokemon is in every hidden grotto & where those grottos are located. There is 40% chance that there is a pokemon in the grotto & 60% chance that there is an item, but this guide won't cover the available items.
Red text = not in the game yet, Missing "Pokemon 2" will be replaced by Phantump and "Pokemon 4" Will be replaced by Pancham

For some reason on Route 48 I'm getting a Riolu, also I have not gotten a Bagon yet after 20 other Pokemon. (Oddly enough, the code says nothing about a Riolu).

riolu and ralts are the catch pokemon for gen 6
if you see one of them that means you would have gotten a gen 6 pokemon if we had the sprites

I re-checked the code, appears route 48 is as it should be in the list

They are still hidden though, you will still have to find them & there is still some secret items lurking in the grottos

There are 21 grottos and even if you know the map location, finding the actual entrance can be quite harsh.
