battle with entei

so i had this unexpected battle with entei and i was'nt prepared to catch it
will i ever be able to catch it again? or will there ever be any chance of catching it again like this one
p.s. didnt save the game after the battle.

All I can tell you is that when I caught Raikou, another one appeared. I killed the second one, but it fled with 0 HP.

I don't know if this should be that way but if you save, then encountet entei/raikou, fail the catch and just reload it will reappear in the route. You can do this until you success

Ya, I've done that to get the right nature for raikou
