I didn't really see the need of the HA on this Pokemon. Both abilities weren't.... really great. :/

Yes and no.
It is coded but there is a bug within the code making it possible to let... for example: Moxie Hunchkrow capable of giving birth to moxie Mukrows.
I honestly don't care anymore for it is too much of a hassle to be keeping tabs on these things, so you can go your way of breeding HAs. (Was wondering how long it would take you before you were going to ask.)
