Not a bug Tuscany Item and daycare move over written

Read past posts and didn't see this pop up, so hope is new. I just went and found Tuscany on route 29 looking for the twisted spoon, however she gave me the silk scarf instead.

And don't know if this is a bug too. But when I left a pokemon at the daycare center it reached a level where it would have learned a new move. From what i remember from pokemon gold if a pokemon would have learned a move from leveling while at the daycare, it just doesn't learn the move. Problem was that in this case the 4th move slot got over written with the new move, and without asking for permission (if given a choice would have said don't learn). Don't know if this is on purpose or not, just throwing it out there.

The Twisted Spoon is not handed to you by Tuscany, that is not a bug. She is supposed to give you a Silk Scarf (reference: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Tuscany, the Pink Bow is replaced with the Silk Scard because the Pink Bow powers Fairy type moves in Pokémon3D).
And I actually don't know if in Gold and Silver, your Pokémon won't learn a move they would get by leveling in the daycare, but from generation 3 on, they do. So we implemented that mechanic.
