There no Ghost and Fairy types trainers in P3D yet.

there aren't enough different pokemon with those types in the game yet to warrant it.....

Actually there is 6-7 different Fairy Pokemon Evolution lines in P3D, I think.

The only time that normal is ever interesting is when is secondary to another type, like psychic. The only reason whitney was a hard gym leader to beat was because her miltank knew rollout (a rock type move!)
