Duplicate [0.38.1] fire moves has no fire effects

There are many moves that are set as pound because a crash would occur if it stayed as it was. Also, this has been happening for a few updates. Nilllzz will be fixing these as soon as he finishes other parts of the story and adds double/triple battles

Not all Fire-type moves are reverted to Pound; some are fully functional, such as Eruption.

Fire Fang, Ember, Flame Wheel and Flame Spin currently are fine, doing their intended effect, as well. "All the fire moves" is a rather strong statement.
