Is Scizor intentionally impossible to capture? He seems to block everything I throw at him.

Impossible Scizor Capture?

I'm saddened because I wish to explore the S.S Aqua, but I do not want to leave this area (I saved in front of Scizor), as it took forever to figure out the correct path to reach him. So I guess for now I'm stuck until someone can confirm it's purposeness for me.

i am having the same problem with scizor blocking everything i throw at it. Do you think it might have to do with the level of our pokemon being lower than that of scizor's?

Well.... the reason is because of the battle system... so.... once that gets fixed, it might be a bit harder.
