just so u know theres a difference between him adding them to the game files and them being obtainable ingame

To be fair, he did state:

Starting with the update for next week i will add atleast nine pokemon to the game files(you wont necessarily be able to catch them but i may through in some hidden areas so watch out for those

Which means not a single 'new' Pokemon may be obtainable. They're only in the files and accessable for Offline-mode players or Cheating Online-mode players whom will be banned if we notice it.

And what about deino, zweilous, and very strong hydreigon?

Check the spoiler on the main post to see which are going to be added to the files.

Head colds suckkkkk. There's not a whole lot you can do for them besides nyquil and a large dose of allergy medication to put you to sleep

And i totally need medication all of time, because i have bad allergies, even with food ingredient allergies!
