Worst Gym Leader/Elite Four?

We have had several posts about the best, but what about the worst league/gym? I personally believe that Roxanne from Gen III was the worst. Her Pokemon were really easy to take out if you had a grass or water type Pokemon. Two of the starters had super effective attacks against Roxanne's Pokemon and if you had not chosen Treeco or Mudkip, all of the routes around the gym were covered with grass and water Pokemon that could have made short work of her.

I think that the worst Elite Four was in Gen IV, I do not remember having to train additionally to defeat the Elite Four nor do I remember anything about having any difficulty even though I had, in my opinion, a team unfit to take on the Elite Four in any other game.

inb4 people say Whitney.

I don't know about you guys but in Black/White, I didn't like that the first Gym Leader was different depending on what started your picked...

I didn't like the Johto Elite 4 because it wasn't completely new.

Norman. Gen III. Petalburg Gym Leader. Your father.

He disappointed me so much. I expected him to be a bigger challenge, but alas I cleared him and his gym in under 5 minutes.... Ho hum.

I had a difficult time with him but I did not have any fighting types... and I did battle every single trainer (including all of the ones within the gym) up to that point so my Pokemans should have been slightly prepared. What was your strategy?

I think the worst gym leader would have to be Whitney because she is just too hard and you have to grind a lot just to have a chance at beating her. I think the worst league is in Gen 5 cause they are all the same level and too easy to beat.

I will have to agree on gen five the league was so easy i beat it with a team 15 levels under(i kept them down on a replay of black to give me a challenge...)

Thats a bit hard. In HGSS i did Ampharos solo run. So i say the ice gym leader in johto. Ampharos had Focus Punch, Thunder, Signal Beam, and Protect for its moves I forgot the gym leaders name though
And Hoenn elite four was easy

Hmmmmmmm.... I'm gonna go with the worst Gym leader to be Brawly in Hoenn. Downright Horrible. Other close ones would be Roxanne or Blaine. I think if Blaine was earlier in the game he would have been more of a challenge. The worst Elite four was probably Unova. You could sweet them a Dark/Flying and a Fighting type. Unova sincerely disappointed me.

Whitney for one reason; Milktank
I AM SO OFFENDED ;-;

*CRIES PROFUSELY*

Hm. I'd have to say most of the ones from Gen IV. Only because none of them were too memorable to me.
I will say she was the only gym leader I have ever raged at when playing...
If i lose to a Gym leader usually it is "damn I just ****ed up" but with her its "@^!#$&!#$^!#%&@#$^ MILTANK!!!!"

For me it would be Blaine, because by the time you get to him he's well underpowered and Kanto is full of decent water types, but is a good character in how he is tied to the game, in terms of that I would say Falkner is the worst, using his dad's pokemon? how can you be a gym leader using other people's pokemon....
