I would have a tyranitar lvl 90 shiny if you have any good pokemon for it, im adjustable, but i dont want to be ripped off, since 1.tyranitar is a psuedo, and a good pvp aspect, and its shiny....

You need to beat the gym in Goldenrod and go to Ecruteak City to use the friend hub.
