I've also looking for a Pikachu myself. I haven't made an account until just recently; I am unsure as how to make a forum post. But, I would love to have an Electric type Pokemon like Pikachu, I can't seem to find Electric types anywhere!

I don't know how far you are in the game but, you can find a Voltorb in team rocket's base (or trade for one in Olivine City), a Magnemite on routes 38 and 39, a Mareep on route 32 or 42, and if you wanted a Pikachu or Elekid i could trade you one. You could also get a thunderstone and use it to evolve an Eevee. That's how to get all the electric Pokemon in the game (that aren't legendaries).

There are also chinchou in New Bark Town, Union Cave, and R47 that you can use a Good Rod to catch

Thanks for the help! I've been playing for a while, although, I just discovered I have to play online in order to trade and what not with Gamejolt, so I have to start all over. But, it should be pretty easy. If I could get and Elekid that'd be great! Although, where would I find a Thunderstone?

some trainers will take your phone number and will call you for battles and to give you items(juggler irwin on r35 is one of the better ones

Thanks, although, when I played through Singleplayer a lot, I'd get calls from them, and I'd go to them, and they would repeat the same dialogue to me as if they never called me.

Yeah, the same thing happened to me too. Does it actually WORK online??

They will only rebattle you if they tell you they want to battle and what route they are on
