The Shiny that got away...

My first shiny was a Sneasel on my Pearl version. I've found some others since then. I even caught a shiny bidoof in the safari zone on that game! ^_^

I wish I knew how you feel, but I don't... My first wild caught shiny pokemon was a Ponyta & I still got it in the form of a Rapidash.

The only ones that i got are shiny Dratini on White 2 (from Benja) and shiny gyarados on Gold/Silver/Crystal (from Lake of Rage

I usually don't count those shiny pokemon that you get form the game itself. My team is built up of 60% shiny breeded pokemon & 40% traded shiny pokemon (which I traded other shinies for) & they have all good natures & abilities.

My only obtained shiny has been a Slakoth, but I've seen a shiny Fearow that was on a trainer NPC which made me pretty sad. It didn't matter how many pokeballs I threw at the thing.

It seems like shiny Pokemon like to torment homans... hahaha

Pika has only seen 3 shinies, Unown, Wubboffet and Abra.

The other night I found a shiny Beldum on my Diamond version. The only move it knew was take down so I let it weaken itself until its health was low enough. I then switched out to Gengar so its take down move was ineffective. I must of threw like 20 ultra balls and great balls with little success. And as take down was its only move, it quickly ran out of pp and used struggle and killed itself.
