Not a bug [0.35.2] Raining inside Mt. Mortar

This is just a really small thing, but thought I'd post since I didn't see it in the forums.

When you are surfing in Mt. Mortar (tested main cave and upper floor cave after the waterfall), it rains during battles. It works fine when you aren't surfing. If needed I can post screenshots, but don't see how those would really help.

Edit: It is also raining outside on Route 42 (don't know if that is relevant).

Well firstly, you can post a screenshot, but it won't do much, secondly, I personally don't know how to fix it, I'll see Dark or Hippo about it, and thirdly, I would think it has something to do with the rain on R42, maybe a coding error. I'll get Dark or Hippo to look at it though.

Well the surf map is considered to be outside all the time.
And since it is raining when you would be outside it is raining there.

But isn't it technically still inside the cave? I mean you gotta go outside the cave to get to R42 don't you?

No, the surf battle map is technically outside because its a universal map for all surf battles. So it is defaulted to be outside.
