Your pokegear will help you with that. For a firestone you need to add schoolkid Alan on route 36 to your phone list. Phone him up every wednesday at noon (your timezone). Depending on the season of the month "noon" can vary from time to time.

If 6 days is too long to wait I'd always consider trading away a spare firestone of mine. I'm sure I kept one or two in my bag before I went inactive a while back.

Also, you can check the pokegear bulbapedia if you are curious about who to phone when for any of the other stones.

Thanks man, i'm gonna look up bulpepedia so i can get my other stones too, i just want to work on filling in my pokedex between game expansions, can't wait for the other island, and the victory rode of course
