Make Ride stronger

Make it like:
120 power
100 accuracy
5 PP
Recoil/Lower's user Attack and Sp. Def.

I'm suggesting this because for me it looks like a powerful move with a drawback, we also need a really Strong fighting-type move because there's no move tutor for Superpower and Dynamicpunch has horrible accuracy and only Machamp would use it.

It shouldn't be strong since it is just a move that was made so we wouldn't haveto create bike sprites, then again, it's an HM-move. Most HM moves aren't strong anyway. Surf is probably the only one actually capable of doing some good damage.

Another reason. HM's are too weak.

HM's are weak because they basically do what their description says. In the case of ride by the sound of it, would just increase the pokemon's speed drastically.

Draco Meteor was indeed designed by a fan, in 2006 a contest was held where fans could design a move and Draco Meteor won. Not sure what that has to do with anything... :I Since the purpose of ride wasn't to be an exceptional strong move.
Some Pokémon are good and some are bad, we've all witnessed that and that was how Gamefreak made them, we can't really do anything about that. Well, we could change it all but.... I personally don't see the reason for that.
