I know I shouldn't, the thing that gets to me is that she dares to lie right in my face while I have proof of her wrong-doings in front of me.

Obvious case of a troll and/or complete dumbass. I know an ass when I see one. Just report the poor Virginian. I'm sure the mods do something about an account that's been caught hacking.

I've reported her multiple times... so yeah......
All I can say: If you see a trade and you're able to accept it. Do it. Do it and release the non-legit pokemon.

well someone already got one of her lugia eggs it looks like and put it back up for trade but im not trading my exp share to get rid of a hacked egg

I think it's one thing to do this on an offline save, but when you put up hacked pokemon and give them to some poor stupid person who can't tell the diffrence? I say shame! Shame upon you! I don't condone hacking either way. I just tolerate hacking on an offline save because it's harmless. It just ruins the expirience.
This thread was finally dying and getting buried beneath all the other threads and you helped it get back up on its feet. Now I'll have to fight this thread and strike it down once more. TO BATTLE!
Also, some Pokémon that are hacked in are impossible to tell if they are cheated in or not. Calling the person accepting the trade, poor and stupid is unnecessary.
