Not a bug union cave bug/glitch

I was walking around Union Cave on the floor with Lapras, battling trainers and I fell through the floor as I climbed some stairs to battle the male Ace Trainer standing there, and now I'm stuck...

I've fixed the problem, I came across a similar post and it said to white out against wild pokemon, serves me right I guess for not having escape ropes..

Something about that is wrong(just tried to log in and it didnt work)
was that how you log into the game?
Also you should use a Private Message to tell me account information so noone else knows
