Dratini is ''rare'', ask for a Pokémon that he will need to lvl a little bit.
The cubone.... Ask for something he can catch. Lvl matters if you want it to.
(I have school now and will return in like 4-5 hours. I will then start helping people out.)

well elekid is fairly rare so i will ask for a beedrill and for cubone lets do a goldeen. lvl for these pokemon dont mater ill set up the request on the gts

I'd suggest using the friend hub. That way you'll be sure noone will take it away.

for the dratini i'd like your starter bred and leveled to level 10
and for the cubone i'd like a pidgeotto any level
ill start to breed
