Music Pack Not Made-for-game Music

The name listed there is just a temp name.
I started working on a Music Pack that uses songs made originally to be popular songs instead of being used in game(not that being made for one excludes it from being the other) I got inspired when I was listening to Kalimba by Mr Scruff(which come with win 7) and thought that it would be perfect for Goldenrod
I thought I would let people Know that I am working on this so I can hype it abit.
I have sofar finished 4 songs and decided on what I am doing for most of the others(having a hard time finding happy music for routes...all of the instumentals I find are either too to hard and heavy(perfect for battle music) or too sad an somber(ecruteak, violet)
If you have any suggestions feel free to mention them

This is the raddest idea now that Im hearing more of it!

I suggest looking into more soundtracks, try the halo reach soundtrack (if that exists)
I love the idea of using more rock-y music for towns and cities.

This is for future reference but when we get into kanto I strongly recommend one of the many awesome remixes of lavender town for the lavender music!

I am looking for songs that were originally made and sold as Albums and such
I have a Bowie song and a Rush song as 5 of the songs(parts of each)
and then piano stuff
the idea is to find songs that were published outside of the game world by the artist
if they were later used for a game....well I am not gonna check
but I am searching instrumental songs to find these
