That's very true, but if everyone followed that then no one should compete in the daily giveaway comps.
Everyone should just try and catch the pokemon themselves when new updates are available.
I just wanted these pokes cause I know its gonna be a while before I can catch them in the wild.

Hmm true but atleast winning the comp requires work, What I don't like most about this thread is that people just get any pokemon they want from the list just by asking which makes the game lose 1 really fun part of the game and thats catching pokemon and building your own team , receiving 1 or 2 free pokemon is fine I just dont like it when people ask for 4 or more (Fake trees are fine since a bug messed yours up)

Ok just thought of an idea, Instead of just giving it to them why not set up the friend hub trade and ask for a pokemon that is obtainable in return so they will have to work to get that obtainable pokemon and then trade it for the unobtainable one?

And since breeding won't be exact the pokemon won't have perfect IVs so asking for a generic pokemon(like any tentacool or something) would work

Hmm no really but kinda,Its the same just no competition since its in friend hub and only 1 person can access that, But having a 2nd chance giveaway sounds good too ;P

I would be down for this it gives me a chance to get pokemon i dont have yet. but will it be first come first serve for which breeder is chosen

I think you misinterpreted something. What I meant/was trying to say:
We make a list for each day of the week as to which Pokémon goes up for trade for a random catchable Pokémon in the wild. Then, the first person to the GTS and trades it, wins/receives it. We could do multiple ones per day, it depends on the availability.
Or we could:
A completely random Daily-Trade.
We breed Pokémon and we put up a trade on the GTS when we have a Pokémon ready or something. (I don't have a clear imagine in my mind of this.)

I think each day should be a different breeder and when someone asks for a pokemon the breeder asks for a pokemon they want in return for it. (and yes breeder refers to us)
