Fixed Lag in Goldenrod/National Park [0.32.1]

I'm experiencing incredibly large amounts of lag in Goldenrod city and the National Park, to the point where my keyboard quits responding, or I can't get myself in front of doors to open them. If I can finally work my way through a door, or through the city, the lag stops entirely, just in the "outdoors" of those places I guess you could say. I think I have all the settings on their lowest settings, and I don't experience any lag anywhere else in the game, just those two locations.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or is this just a problem with the game?

Hmm weird I was having this problem before the 0.32 update so I thought it was fixed from that o.o
I'm not sure why it happens or how to fix it all I know is that its really really annoying :(
I'm not on pokemon atm so maybe its a server thing and other people are having the same problem?

if u go on top of the goldenrod mart u will notice that the game renders not only the goldenrod area but all the surrounding areas as well which can imagine is gonna take a toll on your PC. The park area is quite large as well but i don't suppose it should produce that much lag.

Those are the offset maps
many maps have those and are actually not ususally the problem unless you have it with LOTS of maps as it uses the opposite of what the main render uses GPU/CPU wise
turning down offset map quality will often fix alot of those issues
(just checked the file the National Park hase NO offsets anyways
that is jusr because the map is so big
the same issue happens on r41 and obviously Goldenrod
also your fps might take some hits at Lake of rage, Ecruteak, Violet city and the main entrance for Mt Mortar

That explains most of my problem areas. But I also get extremely painful lag in the Lighthouse, to the point where I can't even take single steps, it always steps twice. Is that common?

Yes I have that my self(made it a real pain to make :/(same with the main Mt. Mortar cave)
That stems from the fact that it is 12 space tall and has many ceilings( ceilings can drain fps sometimes.....)

I guess that makes sense. It's a pain that you have to climb the damn thing twice though.
